Join us for our Mindfulness workshop where we will explore the practice of meditation and mindfulness in a supportive and nurturing environment. Unlike many workshops out there we'll also delve into the dark side of meditation and mindfulness - it isn't always a cure and sometimes can be more harmful than good. 

 

However, by the end of this workshop, you will have an understanding of the good and bad that life brings us and how to navigate these experiences with mindfulness. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to enhance their emotional well-being, reduce stress and anxiety, and develop a greater sense of self-awareness. It's also for thsoe critical minded participants who want to go beyond just simple breathing exercises (though they are powerful!).
