Inciting Positive Change Through Insightful Conversation and Connection
Hello and welcome!
Hi, I’m Adolyn (ah-doe-lyn) Dar (like...car), the founder of Incite Wellness. I’ve spent over a decade in mental health and social services—first on the frontlines, running programs that support communities, and later behind the scenes, building impactful wellness initiatives across Canada for organizations like CAMH, CMHA, Ontario Health, City of Calgary and more.

InciteWellness was born out of my passion for creating spaces where people feel safe to grow, connect, and be heard. I genuinely enjoy the conversation on wellness and building true belonging. Our workshops draw from a wide range of wisdom—including my dual degrees in Cognitive Science and Drama, as well as my studies in Buddhist Psychology and Mental Health. I draw on convergent wisdom from my team, which is comprised of artists, social workers, psychologists, and overall wellness experts. I also draw on your wisdom and expertise, as a participant you know just as much as anyone else out there.
Consequently, this is the best way to avoid a cult... truly, if one person claims they have all the answers, run!

As an award-winning actor and seasoned facilitator, I bring storytelling, creativity, and humor to every experience. My approach is interactive, warm, and engaging—designed to build trust, inspire reflection, and have some fun along the way.
